I had high hopes based on my previous stays, but this time the hotel fell short. On one hand, the location is fantastic and the breakfast was great with a variety of options. However, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable and there were significant cutbacks on amenities that made my stay disappointing. The management really needs to reconsider their approach to guest satisfaction.
